Where has the summer gone? It seems like it just started, but now it is almost Labor Day! By now, ALDAcon planning is completed and the schedule is available on the website. We are looking forward to the Niagara Falls Con this October. Hopefully, we can still have our usual fantastic event and many of you will be vaccinated and able to attend.

This report reflects the second quarter end (July 31, 2021). Our total funds in the bank accounts increased by $22,810 during this past quarter. This was due to ALDAcon registrations as well as continuing membership renewals. This balance is exceptionally high because we have the ALDAcon Revenue and have not incurred any major expenses.

The Balance Sheet for the ALDA Bank accounts as of the end of the Quarter, July 31, 2021:

          ALDA Operating Expenses: $84,985

          ALDAcon 2021 Account      $41,540

          ALDAcon 2022 Account        -$2758

          ALDAcon 2023 Account          -$680

          Scholarship Funds:          $29,208

As of  July 31, 2021, the total cash in the ALDA Bank accounts is $152,295.

The IRS 990 Report for 2020, IRS 1099 and 1098 forms and the State of Illinois Secretary Forms for 2020 were completed and filed on time.
