ALDA is offering a 4-part series of meditation classes this summer taught by ALDA member Linda Rusinko.
Classes will cover basic meditation techniques that can help reduce stress associated with hearing loss and everyday life. These techniques are “hearing loss friendly” which means that you do not have to close your eyes to experience the benefits of meditation.
No experience needed – Beginners welcome

TIME: 1:30 pm ET, 12:30 pm CT, 11:30 am MT,
10:30 am PT, 7:30 am HT (1 hour classes)
COST: $20.00 for all 4 classes
Drop-Ins $5 per session space permitting
All proceeds go towards ALDA

Linda has taught meditation workshops at a few HLAA Conferences.
