Your Personal Invitation to a Special Brainstorming Session/Business Meeting and Nominations!

What do you wish to see happen to help those who are late-deafened or hard of hearing? The Association of Late-Deafened Adults, Inc. (ALDA), has more exciting news to hear your thoughts and suggestions. How? Read on!



Your personal invitation to the annual ALDA Business Meeting and special brainstorming session Friday, October 25, 2019 from 3:45 until 5:00 pm. You do not have to be a member to participate or share ideas. The agenda is here: Business Meeting Agenda. Everyone in attendance at the ALDAcon 2019 is welcome.

ALDA Chapters and Groups are working hard to make a difference and support the late-deafened. The ALDAcon Chairs/Co-Chairs and Committees work to provide the annual ALDA Conference. And, unlike other hearing loss organizations with paid Board staff, the ALDA Board is comprised of volunteers only.

YOU ensure ALDA is there for the late-deafened and their hearing family members and friends. It takes a village! Thank you for your continued ALDA support, outreach and advocacy. Together, we work to:

Provide support and educate about hearing loss, hearing assistive listening devices.
Provide legal support and outreach for the late-deafened.
Educate and share hearing loss experiences to make the late-deafened/hard of hearing visible.
