InnoCaption Certified to Provide IP CTS Using Automatic Speech Recognition

On December 11, 2020, the FCC granted conditional certification to InnoCaption to provide Internet Protocol Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) using automatic speech recognition (ASR) in addition to its existing communications assistant-based IP CTS.  The ASR service is available on the mobile application InnoCaption+, and consumers can choose whether to use ASR or a communications assistant.
