Dear Sponsors/Exhibitors,

Thank you for your participation with us at ALDAcon 2023.

Shipping Information:
– Small packages – Hotel main address: 701 East 11th Street, Austin TX, 78701
– Large packages/pallets – Hotel loading dock: 640 East 10th Street, Austin TX, 78701

NOTE: On labels for either hotel or loading dock be sure you add: ALDAcon 2023/Vendor and include the name of the person from your company who will pick it up.

Ads:
– Deadline for submission is September 15. If you missed the deadline, please send to Kathy Schlueter: aldaconseteam@alda.org We will try to include your ad, if possible.

Totes:
– If you are sending tote inserts, send 180 by October 26 to be sure they arrive in time for tote stuffing. You may wish to send this package separate from your larger box with attention ALDAcon 2023/Vendor name/Registration tote inserts.  So if you are not there to pick it up ALDA registration will be able to get them for you.

– Tuesday, Oct. 31 – 9am-11:30am; 1:30pm – 4:30pm
– Wednesday, Nov. 1 – 9am-11:30am; 1:30pm – 4pm (Tear down after 4pm)
