On & after 10/10/2023, online registration is CLOSED, and you may register onsite only. Onsite full registration will be an additional $30 fee and includes workshops, speakers, and exhibit hall. Single day onsite registrations will increase by $10.00 per day. No meals are included with onsite registration. Meals can be purchased separately onsite IF the hotel can accommodate the request.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds (minus $50.00 handling and processing fee) will be honored until July 31, 2023. No refunds will be given from August 1, 2023 unless state, local and federal rules due to COVID indicate that our event cannot happen. Contact ALDAcon 2023 Planning Co-Chairs, Laura Taylor and Karen Peebles (ALDAcon2023Plan@alda.org) for consideration of unique circumstances, such as illness or a death in the family.

Sheraton Austin at the Capitol, 701 East 11th Street, Austin, TX 78701. The ALDAcon room rate is $189.00 + taxes, for one (1) King, one (1) ADA King or two (2) Double beds and is good until October 10, 2023 or until the room block is filled.
